Deep within us we each have access to all the wisdom, intuition, courage, love and compassion we
could ever need.
Take that in for a moment. It’s not just a bunch of flowery words.
We already have all the answers, we just lack the awareness of our connection to our deepest nature, our Real Self.
It’s not easy, but it really is that simple…
Reconnect with the inner guidance, wisdom, and intuition that is your true nature.
The Pathwork teaches us that we can’t find what we are looking for “out there.”
There is no relationship, no job, no therapist, no guru, no system of fixing ourselves that will finally give us everything we have been searching for our entire lives. All we have to do is remove what is blocking the felt experience of knowing our Real Self. When we identify, experience, and release the misconceptions, negative attitudes, repressed emotions, and unnecessary defenses that we may or may not even be conscious of, we find our Real Self emerges organically, without effort because it has always been there. It has never been damaged. It is like a brilliant diamond waiting to be unearthed.
Pathwork offers a road map of sorts, along with tools, techniques, practices, and the support of a spiritual community to aid you in discovering this diamond within.
The Pathwork is an inner journey of self-discovery, where we welcome all aspects of ourselves on the journey to wholeness, especially those aspects that we would rather not acknowledge. The teachings are spiritual in nature, but it is not a religion.
Pathwork speaks to the Perennial Wisdom that lives in every faith, the wisdom that enables us to create a deeper connection with ourselves, others, and a God of our own understanding.
As a result, Pathwork can be practiced alongside whatever your current faith practice is, or no faith practice at all. Pathwork teaches us that the sacred and the profane are not two separate things; that everything is sacred, and God can be found in every moment, even those that are painful, conflictual, and fearful.
So Pathwork is not only spiritual, but practical and relevant to every day life in that we learn that our problems, crises, and even our character defects hold valuable clues to the discovery our our greatest strengths.
Listen to your longing. Respond to its call.
Trust in the loving, wise nature of your heart to lead you home.
“Every human being senses an inner longing that goes deeper than the longings for emotional and creative fulfillment. This longing comes from sensing that another, more fulfilling state of consciousness and a larger capacity to experience life must exist…..
The longing is realistic when you start from the premise that the clue to fulfillment must lie in you; when you wish to find the attitudes in you that prevent you from experiencing life in a fulfilled and meaningful way; when you interpret the longing as a message from the core of your inner being, sending you on a path that helps you to find your real self.”
